Thank you very much for filling in the symptom questionnaire which we have successfully received.  If you haven’t already paid  you can make payment online by clicking here, alternatively please call us on 0203 143 3440 to make payment via credit card.

You will then receive a self-collection kit in the post. Video instructions on how to collect the sample are available on our website.
(If this test is for a child, please arrange a blood sample to be collected by a healthcare professional locally or attend our lab).

Following receipt of your blood sample, your test results will be sent to you (within 14 days) and the summary of positive results will be sent to your GP in the post (if you opted for this).

If your results identify that some actions or further tests are required we will let you know.
